Arnis Exhibition |
I joined my first KDO exhibition at the Gaisano Mall last Sunday. It was exciting and fun. Judging from the awe on the faces of the on-lookers, I realized that arnis in Davao City is a very esoteric art, known only to a few martial arts afficionados. The exhibition was a guest number in a body-building contest sponsored by Matina South Studio, where we also practice our art. It gave us a chance to promote a virtually misunderstood and rarely known art which is a part of our Philippine heritage. Subscribe to |

Vino Kung-fu |
In 1852, a young chinese kung-fu master brought to Manila the secrets of making medicinal wine using secret herbs. Thus, Vino Kung-fu was born. Energy giving Siok Tong that tastes good.
